The Management Team

Yvette Hastings heads the PharmaSav Team as Chief Executive Officer. She has experience in bringing new products to global markets, in a variety of disciplines ranging from engineering to financial services. More recently she has focussed her expertise to the area of healthcare, and in particular was primarily responsible for the successful launch of TAM®, a natural product derived in Asia for the menopausal woman. Yvette’s responsibilities also include regulatory affairs and overseeing the global logistics function.

Yolande Anthony, Ph.D. is Pharmasav’s Marketing & Technical  V.P., based in Singapore.  She has some 16 years of marketing and business development experience in Asia, most recently as Business Director for a leading US specialty chemical company, covering the segments of Pharmaceuticals, Oral Care, Beverage, Agrochemicals & Food.  Yolande has a successful track record of initiating marketing alliances in countries as diverse as Japan and India and has developed and implemented marketing campaigns for new product launches. Prior to moving to Singapore, she held the position of Manager, Centre for Drug Formulation Studies (CDFS), Sch. of Pharmacy & Pharmacology, University of Bath, UK.  CDFS’ clients included many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

Don Hammond is a Director and Company Secretary. He is the Chief Financial Officer. He has experience of both the healthcare sector and other industries in a business angel role.  His background is in corporate finance, venture capital and banking. He has been actively involved in the NHS in a senior position for over 10 years with a particular interest in implementing innovative products and systems and protecting intellectual property.

Olivier Demongeot assists with Pharmasav’s international development strategy. He brings more than two decades of experience in Marketing, Sales and Business Development on a global scale. Olivier spent seven years in a General Management position at a major B2B Spanish industrial group. His background also includes leading his own executive search company in Paris, and Sales & Marketing positions in the USA and Singapore. A graduate from INSEAD, Olivier also holds a Master’s Degree in International Management. He is fluent in English and Spanish, in addition to his native French.
